Strategies and comparisons

The project team proposed strategies for the following corridor improvements based on cost, reducing congestion and queuing, increasing vehicle travel time reliability, increasing transit travel time and reliability, increasing vehicle safety throughout the corridor, improving access for adjacent properties, and improving pedestrian and bicycle facilities. Air quality, water quality, and fish passage were also important considerations.
